  1. For the safety of our crew:

    We NEVER use and get on ladders
    We NEVER clean outside windows
    We NEVER clean hazardous materials
    We NEVER clean ANY TYPE of feces
    We NEVER clean ANY TYPE of bodily fluids (throw up, blood, etc.)

    We are a maid service that cares about the safety of our team members, and if asked to do this, we will decline your request and you WILL NOT receive any type of refund.

  2. The only time you are eligible for a refund is if you cancel your cleaning 48hrs prior your booking date, otherwise you are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. If you aren't satisfied with our cleaning, and less than 24 hours of time has passed, you will be eligible for an extra 1 hour of cleaning at no charge.

  3. a. The time on your invoice (Example: 10AM-1PM (3HRS MAX) or 3 HOURS PREPAID) is what you paid for and is the amount of time our cleaners will spend at your location. Anything beyond this time frame will require an additional payment from you.

    b. IF we have the availability, after payment has been received from you, our cleaners will continue to perform the job. If no payment has been made on your end then your job will be marked as complete and you will not receive any refunds whatsoever under any circumstances.

  4. When you book with us, you are reserving a time slot that no other potential client can take from you. Please understand that your booking is preventing us from booking another client during this time. For this reason, you will not receive a refund unless you cancel 48 hours (2 days) or more in advance. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more information.

  5. Our 2 maids guaranteed offer is only valid for homes we deem big enough, such as 2bd 2ba or bigger. If we deem your size to be small enough for 1 maid, then only 1 maid will be sent out.

  6. In situations where, for example, you requested 3 cleaners and only 2 are available to come, we will offer you either 1 extra hour at no extra charge or give you the option for a refund prior to starting your job. Once the job has started, you do not have the option for any refunds whatsoever under any circumstances.

  7. Our carpet shampoo cleaning does not guarantee any removal of stains whatsoever under any circumstances. In most cases, our commercial carpet shampoo cleaner is able to remove stains but we still do not make any guarantees. Additionally, we do not use steam cleaning methods whatsoever. We use a portable shampoo cleaning machine only.

  8. Move Out & Move In cleanings MUST BE 100% Vacant !!! If our cleaners arrive at your location and your house isn't completely empty, we will not be able to begin our job. This will result in a 100% loss of your booking. You will not receive any refunds and/or credits and if you want to reschedule you will be subject to a new booking fee.

  9. Our Move Out/In cleaning price is valid for up to 5 hours of cleaning time. If by the 5th hour we are not finished with your cleaning, it means that the conditions are extremely poor and it will require another payment from you in order for us to continue our cleaning work.
